What the numbers mean.

What counts

The things your company owns or is responsible for: vehicles, workers, shop lots and premises, and equipment. Only what is still in use.

Assets

What doesn't count

Suppliers and clients — they are contacts, not assets. A lorry that was sold, a worker who has left, a shop lot you vacated and anything archived stay on record but are not counted.

AI credits

What a credit buys

A document scan uses 2 credits. A legal scan of an agreement uses 6. Credits refill on the first of each month and do not carry over. The request assistant uses no credits.

Never per user.Outlet staff raising requests through the QR poster don't need logins at all — invite the whole team without touching your bill.
