How is this different from an Excel file?
An Excel file sits on one person's laptop and never tells you anything. Teczar watches the dates and reminds the right person before something expires. And when your admin resigns, the system stays — the knowledge doesn't leave with them.
Can it remind me before my road tax or Puspakom inspection is due?
Yes — that is the core job. Every vehicle carries its road tax expiry, Puspakom inspection due date and insurance renewal, and Teczar alerts you well before each one lapses instead of after the fine arrives.
Can it track FOMEMA and work permit renewals for foreign workers?
Yes. Each worker has their own record with permit, FOMEMA, passport and driving licence dates. You get work permit expiry tracking and PLKS renewal alerts per worker, local or foreign.
Does it handle tenancy agreement renewals for my shop lots?
Yes, from the tenant side — the one renting the shop lot, not the landlord. Upload the tenancy agreement PDF and Teczar reads the dates out of it, then reminds you before the renewal is due.
Can my outlet staff request repairs or purchases through it?
Yes. Staff scan a QR code at the outlet, snap a photo and submit the request. HQ approves from a phone, and every approval is recorded with a name and a time — not a message in a group chat.
Do I pay per user?

Is my data safe?
